Looking for a cheap accommodation to STAY while you visit Te Puke, Tauranga or Bay of Plenty region? Backpacker hostels offer fun, social environment with lots of young international travellers much like you. Bit like coming home to a friendly, caring family. private double room 4, 6, 8 bed mixed share dorms (girls only dorm) onsite 3 singles caravan Can even stay in your own backpacker van or pitch a tent on our lawn as our hostel overflows
Searching seasonal WORK opportunities to fund your NZ work and holiday travels? 2012 Harvest season is the time for kiwifruit picking work and packhouse dayshift (8 - 7pm) or packhouse nightshift 8 - 7am. When we have work our hostel is busy so we may also need Au Pair / housekeeper to help at home, while we may also need help in the hostel with cleaning & night security.

Life should not be all work and no PLAY so while you are here take a look at some of the awesome things you can see and do while you are visiting the Bay of Plenty area; Lots of things to do over $20, under $20 & an amazing amount of FREE Activities as well. The hostel offers FREE use of some sporting equipment, Big screen TV's & DVD library, pool table, table tennis table etc. Or for $12 day can hire a surfboard or decent road mountain bike & ride to waterfalls or beaches.
